These ringlets are from a coloured wensleydale fleece - the fleece is naturally grey and silver with creams, black and brown too. These Wensleydale locks are approx 5", although some may be a touch shorter or longer, and are sold in a 10g bunch. The fleece is super soft, and is perfect for arts such as needle or wet felting, or for doll making, and other fibre crafts. This fibre comes from one of our ewes, called Endelyn, (meaning fair) and she has a truly mixed colour fleece filled with natural colours! This fibre is various members of our our non slaughter flock of Teeswaters in Cornwall, UK. All our sheep taken care of to very high welfare standards, and most have Cornish or Celtic names! Our land on which they graze is managed without the use of man-made chemicals. You can be assured that our sheep will live out their natural lives with us, which makes our products attractive to vegetarians, or those concerned about animal welfare. natural undyed Valais Blacknose wool locks, 10g, curly wool100% hand processed Often called the cutest sheep in the world, I'm pleased to now be able to offer Valais Blacknose fibre! These well separated locks have been well washed and are a natural undyed colour and are around 5" in length, although some may be a touch shorter or longer Please note - wool is not white unless it has been bleached or treated, and we never use harsh chemicals on our fibres These super curls have a great lustre, and are great for Angels or felted dolls, gnome or tomte beards too! The fleece is is perfect for arts such as needle or wet felting, or for doll making, and other fibre crafts. There may be a small amount of VM, however they have been picked through thoroughly.
