Curly Wool and Locks
Mixed Pinks with gold and blonde Teeswater Curly wool, 10g (v)100% hand processed and hand dyed teeswater fibre! This fibre has been hand dyed in a variety of pink tones with some golden and blonde aspects too. The fleece is super soft, and silky, and is perfect for arts such as needle or wet felting, or for doll making, and other fibre crafts. This fibre is from many of our sheep in our non slaughter flock of Teeswaters in Cornwall, UK. This means that our sheep are never sent for meat, and as such, their wool is suited to vegetarians and some vegans too! All our sheep taken care of to very high welfare standards, and most have Cornish or Celtic names! Our land on which they graze is managed without the use of man-made chemicals. You can be assured that our sheep will live out their natural lives with us, which makes our products attractive to vegetarians, or those concerned about animal welfare. These are perfect for adding top coats to sheep, or for hair on people! This has been hand dyed in a mix of purple and blue tones Colours may appear different on differing screens and monitors.

Wool Cloud - Red/ pink - Mule wool - Blue Faced Leicester x swaledale, hand dyed - 10gOur Mule locks! Mules are a cross between a Blue faced Leicester and a swaledale sheep. Natural and undyed, these came from Ian's flock, a local farmer who supplies me with winter hay and straw, and I buy fleeces from him Sold in a 10g bunch with an approx 9" staple length. Perfect wool locks, which are really popular for santa beards, tomtes and other fae folk! Great for felting, both needle felting or wet felting, and is popular with doll artists for rerooting, or making wigs. Due to the nature of this fibre, despite being washed mutiple times, a small amount of dirt may remain on some of the tips. This can usually be removed by lightly rubbing, or you could wash out the ends a little more if needed. As with all of our fibre, there may be a small amount of VM in the locks
