Natural wavy undyed mini wool locks, 10gThese have been 100% hand processed (very well washed by hand multiple times) and are natural and undyed so are white and have creamier tips Please note that wool is not white unless it has been lightened or bleached, and we never use harsh chemicals on our fibres. This fibre has a beautiful wave and crimp, and is exceptionally lightweight and fluffy It perfect for arts such as needle or wet felting, or for doll making, and other fibre crafts. Ideal for santa beards, gnomes, gonks or tomtes There may be a small amount of VM, however they have been picked through thoroughly. This fibre comes from Tregondale Farm, set near Bodmin Moor and not far from my own farm - I visited the farm during shearing and picked the fleeces as they were being shorn, so can confirm exceptionally high welfare standards! Vegetarian - Non Slaughter Wool and Mohair
Hand Dyed, in silver, Mohair Carded Roving, 10g(v)xperience one of the finest fibres! Our pure mohair roving was produced from our own angora goat fibre, (mohair) and professionally scoured and carded into roving by the Natural Fibre Company in Launceston It has then been hand dyed in a silver tone This fibre comes from all of our angora goats, Barvus, Barthek, Boudicca and Baya Mohair is a super soft and shiny natural fibre, with a long staple length. As such, our carded roving behaves almost like combed tops - the fibres do not naturally mesh together like carded wool does. As such, it can be used in the place of tops, and is perfect for using as hair on felted dolls, angels or fairies, or used as top coats for a fur like effect on animal makes.

White Faced Dartmoor OCEAN BLUE curly wool100% hand processed and hand dyed in a mixture of ocean blue tones, with some lighter teal/green tones This well separated loose fibre has some small curls, and some locks. It is sold in a 10g batch. Each batch has been hand separated from a fleece, washed, and then small batches were hand dyed in a mixture of mid blue tones. They were then rewashed to avoid colour bleed. The fleece is super soft, and silky, and is perfect for arts such as needle or wet felting, or for doll making, and other fibre crafts. There may be a small amount of VM, however they have been picked through thoroughly. This fibre comes from Clives's flock, a farmer close to my own farm. I have personally visited their farm and met Clive, and can confirm he keeps his animals to exceptionally high welfare standards - some of his sheep have attained high rankings in the Royal Cornwall Show! Pale Lilac Carded Wool 10gPale Lilac carded wool - 10g This pale lilac carded wool has been hand dyed. More about our carded wool: Our carded wool has been professionally carded by the Natural Fibre Company in Launceston, Cornwall. It consists of wools from our own flock, mixed with some Devon and Cornwall Longwool from Tregondale, and some Perendale from Hannah's Flock. Our carded wool felts wonderfully - the Devon and Cornwall Longwool wool gives it a coarser texture, which means it's fast to felt. It's then been hand dyed by myself. To get the best results from our carded wool, take the length and gently pull side to side to free up the fibres, and it will form a mesh that's easy to use in all felted creations and other fibre arts.

50g budget fibre mixThese are from our 'budget' mix, so are slightly imperfect ringlets.... they may have a little more VM in them, they may have tips missing, they may have 'fluffed out' and separated slightly or have an uneven take up of dye. Therefore, they are not perfect enough to make it into our superb regular bunches; however, they are perfect for craft projects where a small amount of curly fibre is required. Our budget mixes are always changing - therefore the photos attached are only indicative of the ringlets you will receive. The fibre is still soft, and silky, and is perfect for arts such as needle or wet felting, or for doll making, and other fibre crafts. These are MIXED FIBRE bunches, so you may receive locks from different breeds of curly wool sheep! All our fibre comes from our own flock, plus other flocks I've Visited to ensure superb animal welfare standards.
