The Aurora - 10g bunch teeswater locksOur Nothern Lights Aurora Borealis inspired curly wool locks May 2024, and the rare sight of the Northern Lights was visible across Cornwall! After a poll of our customers, the name was picked for this colour scheme, and this listing is for a 10g bunch of teeswater curly locks from one of our own boys, Ankoth. This bunch is featured in our "aurora" carded wool box too, so you can get the whole selection, or you can also buy these individual colours in carded wool in our store! All of our sheep here at Tregaver are a non-slaughter flock, meaning that they will live out their natural lifespan with us, and are never sent for meat.

Tropical Blues curly wool and locks, 10g Devon and Cornwall LongwoolThis fibre has been 100% hand processed (very well washed by hand multiple times) and is has been hand dyed in a mixture of tropical blue tones. This fibre has a beautiful wave, and is exceptionally lightweight and fluffy It perfect for arts such as needle or wet felting, or for doll making, and other fibre crafts. Ideal for santa beards, gnomes, gonks or tomtes There may be a small amount of VM, however they have been picked through thoroughly. This fibre comes from Tregondale Farm, set near Bodmin Moor and not far from my own farm - I visited the farm during shearing and picked the fleeces as they were being shorn, so can confirm exceptionally high welfare standards! Tropical Waters Wensleydale curly wool locks,10g100% hand processed and hand dyed in a wide mixture tropical blue waters inspired blue and aqua tones tones. These long Wensleydale locks are approx 9-11" and sold in a 10g bunch. The fleece is super soft, and silky, and is perfect for arts such as needle or wet felting, or for doll making, and other fibre crafts.

White Faced Dartmoor OCEAN BLUE curly wool100% hand processed and hand dyed in a mixture of ocean blue tones, with some lighter teal/green tones This well separated loose fibre has some small curls, and some locks. It is sold in a 10g batch. Each batch has been hand separated from a fleece, washed, and then small batches were hand dyed in a mixture of mid blue tones. They were then rewashed to avoid colour bleed. The fleece is super soft, and silky, and is perfect for arts such as needle or wet felting, or for doll making, and other fibre crafts. There may be a small amount of VM, however they have been picked through thoroughly. This fibre comes from Clives's flock, a farmer close to my own farm. I have personally visited their farm and met Clive, and can confirm he keeps his animals to exceptionally high welfare standards - some of his sheep have attained high rankings in the Royal Cornwall Show!
