Such beautiful colours with a gentle sheen to the fibre. I have now received the natural undyed version which will also be nålbound into a hat. Nålbinding is a craft dating back as far as 6000 BC. I find this organic yarn to be so adaptable to this ancient craft. I look forward to more from this supplier.

This is lovely to needlefelt with and the short fibres give a lovely smooth finish and make it easy to define details in the shape before adding the colour top coat. Because they're so short you can't really draw it out for wrapping around an armature but I use my carded scraps for that part so it wouldn't put me off buying this again. A massive bonus is it is relatively near to me in Cornwall so I can support a local business.
